Avana Sales (Jal -Sanchay)
Head Quarters – Santacruz, Mumbai
State Covered: Maharashtra
5 - 10 years.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of ASMs, driving performance and meeting sales targets.
2. Retail Expansion: Build strong relationships with rural retail partners, ensuring product availability and visibility.
3. Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to increase market share in rural areas, including coordinating with Commercial, Marketing and Production teams.
4. Market Coverage: Identify key markets for growth and optimize sales across regions.
5. Travel: Regular travel (2 weeks per month) to monitor team performance and retail execution.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
2. Experience placing products in rural retail, ideally with FMCG or agri-inputs.
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage remote teams.
4. Worked with a brand present in rural markets (examples: Unilever, ITC, Astral, Finolex, Syngenta)
5. Ability to travel 2-4 weeks per month.
6. Language :Marathi & English
