1. Knowledge of products, rural markets, agriculture and farmers.
2. Define Service level agreements/ delivery terms and finalize agreements with selected dealers.
3. Ensure that issues raised by the distributor / dealers are addressed in a timely manner.
4. Evaluate & monitor distributor / dealers performance at regular intervals to address performance Gaps effectively.
5. Monitor cash flows and dues from dealers.
6. Monitor Dealer wise, product wise, month wise sales plans.
7. Assist in developing sales field team through structured training and on the job coaching.
8. Brand Promotion, demand creation from dealers.
9. Market development activities in assigned area.
10. Proper administration of 3rd party audit.
11. Regular interaction with Govt. authorities.
12. Custodian of company assets and records.
13. Selling skills and commercial acumen.
