One of the leading company in agri supplies, especially in fabric & polymers and water conservation is looking for Sales Executive in following areas in Maharashtra

Responsibilities

Job Description
1. Find out key leads & new opportunities in the assigned area with help of market intelligence.
2. To complete the monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales budget.
3. Appointment of new dealer/distributor in untapped areas
4. Conduct market research in assigned areas.
5. Dealer communication, sharing gaps with dealers & his operators.
6. To ensure & responsible for the quality of ponds in the assigned area.
7. Inspection for geomembrane installation on site.
8. Complaint handling, finding gasps, resolution & analysis with farmers & dealers.
9. To Conduct Gramsabha in order to assist the sales & marketing team to develop market cap.
Required Competencies
1. Understanding of Geographical locations of their District & Taluka.
2. Local Language competency (Read/Write & Speak)
3. ASM Should have a personal Motorcycle & Helmet with him.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Graduate ( Bsc / BE / B.Tech, Agriculture will be preferable), Post-Graduate ( MBA Agri, Retail or Marketing Preferred )
