We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Agricultural Advisor to provide guidance and support to farmers, agricultural businesses, and organizations. The Agricultural Advisor will offer expert advice on best practices in crop production, soil management, pest control, and other aspects of agriculture to optimize yields, sustainability, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Provide expert advice and guidance to farmers on crop selection, cultivation techniques, irrigation methods, and soil management practices.
2) Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in agricultural technology, research, and regulations.
3) Assist farmers in implementing sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact and promote long-term soil health.
4) Offer guidance on pest and disease management strategies, including the use of integrated pest management (IPM) techniques and the selection of appropriate pesticides.

Qualifications:
Experience - 0-1 year
1) Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2) Strong knowledge of agronomic principles, soil science, plant physiology, and pest management practices.
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse farmers
